Aims of the course unit:

Students will be able to create reports and design documents for power engineering in a form of self-activity work. |
Learning outcomes and competences:
|
Students will be able to work with technical documents, and to complete assigned tasks independently, as well as work out the documentation in a form of a technical report. |

Course contents:
|
The course is focused on practising of knowledge obtained in the theoretical classes. Drawings, reports and design documents are created. The assignments are from the following fields : boilers, steam turbine, power plants design, p ower plants and environment |
Teaching methods and criteria:

The course is taught through exercises which are focused on practical topics presented in lectures. |
Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes:

Graded credit requirements: participation in the exercises is systematically controlled, as well as partial results to be completed. Delivery of a technical report elaborated according to the EU pattern. |
