Prerequisites: | ||||
Basic of Electrical Engineering, minimal knowledge of electrical machines and apparatus. | ||||
Course contents: | ||||
Measurement systems - classification and characteristics. Non-automated measurement systems. Procedure of automated, elements of automated measurement systems. RS 232 and IEEE 488 interface. Sensors for measurement. Test and measurement software - basic requirements, description of the systems. Workplace for automation measurements - basic components. Measurement program of examples. |

Teaching methods and criteria: | ||||
The course is taught through lectures explaining the basic principles and theory of the discipline. Exercises are focused on practical topics presented in lectures. | ||||
