Aims of the course unit: | ||||
The aim of the course is to equip students for real-life tasks, such as describing problems or giving instructions, that arise in daily life. | ||||
Learning outcomes and competences: | ||||
Students will be made familiar with general vocabulary and simple grammar for everyday communication. | ||||

Course is intended for beginners or false beginners. | ||||
Course contents: | ||||
The course is intended to teach Russian as a foreign language at general level. It is focused on practical, everyday communication for the international workplace. | ||||

Language instruction as an extension of basic professional curriculum. | ||||
Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes: | ||||
Course-unit credit is awarded on condition of having worked out all assigned tasks in e-learning (with 60% points as minimum). |

Controlled participation in lessons: | ||||
Attendance at seminars is compulsory and is systematically checked by the teacher. Absence may be in justified cases compensated for by the agreement with the teacher. | ||||

Language exercise | Introducing to Russian, L1 - first steps with the Cyrillic and pronounciation L1 – Basic structures and phrases, nouns L2 – Greetings, cardinal numbers, stress in words, nouns after numbers L3 – Meeting, basic phrases, intonation, verbs L4 – Personal information and contacts, thanking L4,8 –"Davajte poznakomimsa", first meetings, future and past tenses L5 – "Vstreča", invitations L6 – "Rasskaz o sebe", speaking about myself, expressing pleasure and surprise, nouns L7,8 – Revision, frequent misunderstandings L9 – Questions and answers, social phrases L9 – "Kak vaši děla?"
