Aims of the course unit: | ||||
The aim of the course is to make international students familiar with the basics of Czech language needed for elementary communication focusing on basic conversational needs. | ||||
Learning outcomes and competences: | ||||
Students will be made familiar with the specific features of Czech pronunciation and will be able to use elementary grammar and vocabulary for simple communication. | ||||
Prerequisites: | ||||
The course is intended for beginners. | ||||
Course contents: | ||||
The course Czech - conversation (1CK) is prepared as an introductory conversational course of Czech language for foreigners. It is offered to international students who want to acquaint themselves with the basics of Czech language and acquire elementary communication skills needed for basic conversational purposes. | ||||
Teaching methods and criteria: | ||||
Language instruction as an extension of basic professional curriculum. | ||||
Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes: | ||||
Students' work is systematically checked by the teacher. The course is concluded with final revision. | ||||
Controlled participation in lessons: | ||||
Students are requested to attend the seminars actively and work out all assigned tasks. | ||||
