Aims of the course unit: | ||||
Course explain definition Reverse engineering, Rapid Prototyping and next describe methods virtual model design. | ||||
Learning outcomes and competences: | ||||
Course access know, how convert existing physical models on to virtual model, how editing virtual model and next from virtual model make 3D product. | ||||
Prerequisites: | ||||
Students are expected to have basic knowledge of designing machine parts and machine nodes, as well as computer knowledge. | ||||
Course contents: | ||||
The Course explain data mining from 2D and 3D models by using modern methods. Next explain methods of data processing for CAD/CAM/CAE systems. | ||||
Teaching methods and criteria: | ||||
The course is taught through lectures explaining the basic principles and theory of the discipline. | ||||
Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes: | ||||
Exam will be take on the basic of presentation design work or on the basic work made by pattern and after consultation. | ||||
