Aims of the course unit: | ||||
Students will become familiar with the legal framework of aviation and the necessary legal standards necessary for the performance of activities in aviation. | ||||

Course contents: | ||||
The course acquaints students with the basic legislative framework in aviation, i.e. EU regulations, the Civil Aviation Act, national regulations, aviation directives and other legislation. | ||||
Teaching methods and criteria: | ||||
The course is taught in the form of lectures, which have the character of explanation of basic principles and content of individual standards. | ||||
Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes: | ||||
Requirements for passing the course are graded course-unit credit, on the basis of a final or continuous test. The classification is governed by the ETCS rules. |

Operating procedures of flight schools. 12. Licensing of personnel, qualification and extension. 13. Final test. |
