Aims of the course unit: | ||||
The aim of the course is to gaining skills to spatial depiction of a simple mass with emphasis on the correct realization of proportions. Attention is paid to the perspective projection and following its principles in drawing. Obtaining basic knowledge of drawing technique by drawing geometric objects and objects corresponding to basic geometric bodies. Gaining knowledge of perspective projection principles, correct realization of proportions and shading. |

Course contents: | ||||
The course focuses on the drawing of geometric objects, which is the basis for most of the units depicted. The drawing of objects according to a model in corner or central perspective is clearly defined by contour lines and horizon, moving from the linear contour drawing of individual solids to more complex assemblages, including self and cast shadows. |
