Aims of the course unit:

The aim of the subject is to deepen the knowledge of drawing as a basic visual representation and gain the ability to build the volume of the head, with emphasis on its proportions and expression of character. Technical and routine drawing of head and gaining basic habits for building up volume when drawing a head and expression its character.

Drawing of the skull according to the model, volume, symmetry, proportions


Head drawing based on plaster bust, perspective, characteristic features


Drawing of the head according to the live model, profile, side view, three-quarter view, movement


Evaluation of semester, analysis of strengths and weaknesses of individual works
