Aims of the course unit: | ||||
The aims of the course is get students ready for cooperation in internationals teams. Familirising students with based knowledge in international design terminology a methodology. | ||||
Learning outcomes and competences: | ||||
Students will extent their knowledge of designing methodology and is prepared to participate in internation czech-germany teams. | ||||
Prerequisites: | ||||
The student must know the basics of design and know the German language at least at C2 level. | ||||
Course contents: | ||||
The course extends the knowledge of students in the field of machine building. It makes students familiar with general principles and methodology of designing machines and technological entities with international context or more precisly Czech - Germany context. Great attention is paid to a comparision of terminology unit denotation by technical computation in the Czech Republic and in Germany. | ||||
Teaching methods and criteria: | ||||
The course is taught through lectures explaining the basic principles and used therminology. According to the possibility of teaching can be organized lectures for students by practitioners and excursions to companies focused on activities related to the course content. | ||||
Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes: | ||||
Part of the exam is the preparation of presentations on given topics and their oral defense. | ||||

The attendance at lectures is recommended. | ||||
