When forming a material, its good formability is essential. It is primarily influence by mechanical properties and chemical composition of the material. Formability can be assessed by mechanical tests, or technological tests. Tensile test is one of the most common mechanical tests used to obtain basic mechanical properties of the material.
Another possibility how to evaluate the behavior of a material under given a load is to select a proper technological test with an appropriate experimental tool. Design of a tool should be simple, save and it should allow monitoring during the test, ie. tube hydroforming. Article deals with design of experimental tool for the realization of experiments using radial hydroforming tubes whose ends will be fixed inside the tool because of an earlier setting of limit state of deformation.

It is defined as material for experiments. The thickness of the zinc coating was measured. The metal sheet has been subjected to technological bending test, which was evaluated from the behavior, morphology and the deformation of the coating.

The aim of an experimental project is to monitor the influence of electrolytic deposited zinc coating in drawing process of metal sheet and apply these resultes in practice of firms. A metal sheet thickness was monitored. The deep-drawing DC03 metal sheet is appropriate for cold forming and has an electrolytic zinc coating surface weight of about 75 g/m2.

The paper consider statistic evaluation of the thickness tin sheet metal. For experimentation get in metal sheet of thickness 0,16 mm with electrolytic deposited tin-coating about the surface weight 2,0/2,0 g/m2. The producer metal sheet is U. S. STEEL in Košice and it was termed DR 580 with surface stone finish. It was folowing thickness of sheet metal with definition interval estimation of mean value and statistic tolerance limits. The thickness of sheet metal is bottom line (factor) on drawing of very thin coating sheet metal, specially by the tin (Sn).

Bending of test of dipping zinc-coated sheet metal. Metal basis is of steels with worse formability. The aim of the test was to find a limit bend angle including amount of springbeck angle to the rise of coating crack. Further, the deep-drawing test by Erichsen was made.
