Study Mode

is full-time (both in the Czech and English language of instructions) or combined (only in the Czech language).

A full-time mode is based on a regular attendance at lectures and continuous contact with teachers (i.e. students follow a weekly time-table). This study mode mainly suits immediate secondary school graduates.

A combined mode is a combination of a full-time and a distant study (1:2). The full-time part of the study (one third of the total) takes place once a week in the form of sessions and managed consultations. The distant part of the study (two thirds of the total) is organised as a managed self-study. At the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, the combined study mode takes place in one of the following consultancy centres:

• Brno
• Žďár nad Sázavou
• Uherský Brod.
