Aims of the course unit:
The goal of the course is to give students an opportunity to elaborate their diploma projects.
Learning outcomes and competences:
Students will learn how to elaborate a project individually. They will learn how to collect information and materials needed for the completion of the project. They will also learn how to use knowledge and skills they had acquired during their studies.
Prerequisites:
To attend the course students must have fair knowledge in the area of indoor environmental engineering (heating, ventilating and air-conditioning).
Course contents:
The course gives students an opportunity to work on their diploma projects. The students can use the available time for self-study, consultations and elaboration of their diploma projects.

The diploma project assigned by the industry are appreciated.
Teaching methods and criteria:
Supervised student's work on master's thesis.
Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes:
The course-unit requirements: The students are obliged to elaborate the diploma project.
Controlled participation in lessons:
The students are obliged to present the progress of their work to a diploma project supervisor, with whom their also consult the problems and difficulties. The diploma project supervisor specifies the frequency and extent of the progress evaluation as well as the extent of consultations.

    Supervision of Master’s thesis  13 × 12 hrs. compulsory

    Supervision of Master’s thesis Consultations, individual elaboration of the diploma project.
